Responsible for managing multiple custom home projects from lot clearing to home completion Light commercial construction-infrequent Equestrian projects-infrequent Prefer someone with experience and knowledge in building homes with crawl space, slab and basements.
This person must be professional, work well with others, have excellent communication skills, and must be detail oriented.
Working and communicating well with homeowners, sub-contractors, project coordinator and interior design staff will be essential and is a regular part of the job.
This person must be able to multitask in a fast paced work environment.
Attention to the details of each home site and cleanliness of the site on a daily basis is a must.
