This position is responsible for providing exceptional quality customer service to internal and external bank customers as well as offering appropriate products and services via telephone and chats.
Researches and resolves customer requests and answers customer inquiries concerning account maintenance, balance transfers, ATM and check card transactions, stop payments, monthly statement requests, etc.
Promotes products and services of other bank departments through the use of referrals.
Requirements:

Experience:
One or two years of call center representative experience preferred but not required Willingness to train on appropriate bank software or applications Competitive salary and benefits package available.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
