We are looking for candidates with good people skills, customer service experience, and interest in technology.
Candidates must have an understanding of how to operate most common devices, and basic troubleshooting.
Responsibilities Assisting any customer that comes through the door in a professional and timely manner Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of store policies and warranties / keeping open communication with customers about stated policies and warranties Answering customer inquiries via phone and/or email Maintaining a clean and organized work area Assisting as necessary with part orders, returns, and inventory management Qualifications Face-to-face customer service experience Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor Experience working with a Point-of-Sales (POS) System and balancing a cash register Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
Basic understanding of the following:
