We are looking for a talented individual who can assist guests in our service department and offer a fantastic experience when they visit our dealership.

What We Offer Competitive pay Health insurance Paid vacation and paid holidays Professional work environment Comprehensive training Responsibilities Greet all Service Drive Customers promptly Quickly and accurately obtain all Customer and Vehicle information Clearly complete a Service Drive Walk Around and note all symptoms from the customer as well as all noticeable maintenance Recommend to Customer both required and recommended maintenance Prepare a clear and accurate estimate for the customer with accurate timelines for completion Monitor the progress of repairs and inform the customer of additional vehicle needs as required Follow up with Customer on the progress of repairs Verify the final invoice and inform Customer of all repairs completed Complete an active delivery with the Customer Qualifications Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet or Text Check email frequently and respond to customer inquiries immediately Maintain great CSI Set appointments for our customers and properly outline timelines for repair Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products, and procedures Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership Maintain a professional appearance We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
