This position is located at the Aiken-Barnwell Mental Health Center, 1135 Gregg Highway, Aiken, SC 29803.
Job Purpose:
Serves as Center Administrator managing the financial actions and administrative operations of the agency:
IT/Security; Accounts Payable/Receivable; Reception/Medical Records; Building/Grounds, Procurement, Contracts, and Internal Audit.
Job Functions:
Directs and oversees the financial activities of ABMHC.
This includes but is not limited to:
preparing the Center's budget operating within the authorized budget; preparing reliable current and forecasting reports; ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations; supervising all finance personnel; managing vendor relationships; ensuring collection of accounts receivable funds; managing Contracts, MOAs, Business Affiliation Agreements and grant/funding requests; assisting with planning and establishing priorities for agency strategic planning; and providing Board of Directors monthly report.
Provides leadership for administrative services at ABMHC.
This includes but is not limited to ensuring departments meet Quality Assurance and Accreditation Standards; addressing identified audit issues (Internal and self-audit); ensuring a system is in place to meet established access and engagement requirements for patients; ensuring information technology system needs of agency are met; ensuring facilities are maintained; and ensuring agency implements and follows health and safety protocols.
Serves on the following committees:
Disaster, Risk Management, Performance Improvement and Corporate Compliance Committee.
Complies with Corporate Compliance and Risk Management policies and procedures.
Works with Executive Director to develop partnerships with City/County Council members, General Assembly members, and local businesses.
This includes but is not limited to:
attending city/county council meetings and chamber meetings, assisting with tours of agency and presentations; networking with local delegation, and participating in community stakeholder and partner meetings.
Serves as ABMHC liaison to The ABMHC Recovery Foundation.
Performs other duties as needed.
State Requirements:
A bachelor's degree and relevant experience in administrative services, public administration, or business management.
Agency Requirements:
Two (2) years of experience in budget development, forecasting and monitoring, healthcare management, procurement knowledge, and administrative operations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
