Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys and staff - Perform data entry tasks, including updating client information and case details - File and organize legal documents, correspondence, and other materials - Assist with preparing letters - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including distributing mail to appropriate recipients - Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred - Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus - Proficiency in data entry and strong attention to detail - Experience with document management systems is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in the legal field.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
