Associates Degree or Equivalent
The individual in this role must possess:
oDemonstrated ability to take on additional responsibilities in a leadership role.
oDemonstrated strong computer skills (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint)
oFlexibility to work overtime, and on all shifts, is required.
oKnowledge of ways of working of individual job responsibility and abilities to accomplish goals of area requirements
oAbility to conduct training sessions in a classroom/production floor environment
oStrong interpersonal skills, ability to build teamwork
oStrong oral and written communication skills
oStrong Knowledge of GMP procedures and experience working in a FDA regulated environment
oOE Green Belt Trained and Certified, preferred
oExperience in Extended Leadership Role

Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors Degree or some college.
The individual in this role must demonstrate the abilities to:
oManage training and assessment of new hires and existing packaging operators.
oInstructs packaging operators in the proper packaging technique, equipment operation, inspection, and regulatory compliance.
oEnsures consistent training approach across all lines and each operator without bias.
oSchedules and coordinates classroom training, OJT training, assessments and certifications.
oPromotes SAFE working practices through technical training/certification program. Ensure EHS is embedded in technical training/certification program to include LOTO, Zero Access, and instituting safe practices for operation, addressing machine jams, and machine cleaning, inspection, and repair.
oEnsure Quality compliance by ensuring proper cGMP practices are embedded in technical training/certification program.
oDevelop Operator Asset Care program for the site to improve process, mechanical, technical capability, along with computer skills (as needed) of Packaging Operations associates.
oImplement Packaging Operators Assessment and Certification Program to advance the skill of new operators and existing operators.
oProvide OJT and classroom training as required. Develop single point lesson plans for line side/classroom training.
oAssume role of assessor, and coach, mentor associates, as required.
oSchedule and coordinate Packaging training activities.
oPartner with outside Vendors for specific equipment/process/computer based training.
oSupport culture change initiatives within the department.
oEnsure compliance with PPE procedures and other safety procedures and SOPs.
oMonitor changeovers, cleaning, and machine downtime for training opportunities and process improvement.
oUse appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to inspire and guide individuals toward goal and skill achievement; modify behavior to accommodate tasks, situations, and individuals involved.
oBe a Self Starter/Self Motivated, person with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
oDemonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
