A leading manufacturer of automotive components is looking for several Process Engineers for one of their largest and most profitable plants near Aiken, SC. The Process Engineers will lead process improvement, maintenance and manufacturing engineering projects to support continued growth and line changes. A 4-year engineering degree from an accredited university is required. Entry-level candidates with co-op experience in a heavy industry or the automotive industry will be considered. Degrees should be in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar. This is a hands-on position and a significant portion of time will be spent on the shop floor troubleshooting problems, running process improvement and new product trials. There is a strong preference for some exposure to statistics, SPC and cost reduction processes. This company offers excellent benefits, including paid relocation. This position qualifies for a bonus in the 15-20% plus range (paid weekly). Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
