We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a position located in Aiken, South Carolina.
The Maintenance Supervisor has responsibility to ensure efficient productivity, quality of workmanship, engagement and safety of the maintenance operations personnel in a unionized facility. This position also sets departmental goals and provides direction, guidance, development for staff.

Implement a personal safety action plan (PSAP) and review with leader
Ensure a safe, clean and environmentally compliant work environment and promote a culture that lives our safety is the first priority stance
Ensure self and staff accomplish all safety engagement activities each month
Ensure staff understands, knows where to find documented and follows all safe work procedures (LTT, guarding, electrical, confined space, working from heights, etc.)
Maintain Rigor around RWP/Predictive Maintenance Program(s)
Maintain an appropriate work order closure rate as set and reviewed at least annually with immediate Leader.
Track and communicate work order notifications with all relevant staff members
Ensure staff is trained, maintains current on any required certifications and that all parties understand and are capable of performing the full scope of their job expectations.
Holds department accountable for delivering to targeted goals, and stretches each to their full potential regularly.
Balance Office and Floor Presence to Accomplish Varied Tasks
Maintains budget (labor, contractor, repair & replacement) and inventory of spare parts in a fiscally responsible fashion
Provides trend analysis data to staff with regard to relevant work processes and products
Understands day-to-day production challenges, repeating/nagging issues ensuring proper prioritization of work-partners collaboratively with Operations Management.
Technical & Leadership Competence
Demonstrates an understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities
Manages all capital projects/installations professionally and delivers committed results timely and cost effectively
Provides evidenced mentoring to skilled craftsmen and staff personnel and demonstrates work behaviors consistent with expectations.
Ensures performance management and timekeeping processes are managed appropriately.
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in the field of Business or Engineering degree

years of Engineer experience; industrial manufacturing environment preferred
3
years of leadership / supervisory experience required; preference for experience in a union environment preferably in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical field
Experience in Maintenance Management Systems (MMS), i.e Maximo, SAP is preferred
Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma skills; Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
Certification - CMRP highly preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
