The things we noticed that need addressed:
windshield is cracked, tires are old and mismatched, fan speed only works on high for front heat/air, driver high beam is out, and rear door lock actuator only works half the time, exhaust needs replaced some time in the future, some of the ground effects need reattached, and gas gauge has a mind of it's own.
We purchased this van with intentions on using it as our shop/tow vehicle and ended up purchasing a diesel Ford F250 instead.
